Innsbruck

The Jesuit College Innsbruck is home to around 40 Jesuits from all over the world, active in different works, teaching at the Catholic Theological Faculty at the University of Innsbruck or finishing their studies. The buildings of the Jesuit College are located in the centre of Innsbruck and home to the Jesuits, the Collegium Canisianum, the mk youth centre, the Zukunftswerkstatt (Future Lab) and some other organisations.

Studying in Innsbruck

The Catholic Theological Faculty of the University of Innsbruck is one of the most renowned academic institutions for theology and philosophy in the German speaking world. Karl Rahner, Hugo Rahner or Andreas Jungmann are some of the great Jesuit theologians of the 20th century who have taught here. The Faculty of Theology in Innsbruck is still a place of academic excellence and the Jesuit College offers a great infrastructure for Jesuits to pursue their special studies in Innsbruck.
