Studying in Innsbruck
The Catholic Theological Faculty of the University of Innsbruck is one of the most renowned academic institutions for theology and philosophy in the German speaking world. Karl Rahner, Hugo Rahner or Andreas Jungmann are some of the great Jesuit theologians of the 20th century who have taught here. The Faculty of Theology in Innsbruck is still a place of academic excellence and the Jesuit College offers a great infrastructure for Jesuits to pursue their special studies in Innsbruck.
Intensive German Language Course
In the summer, the University of Innsbruck usually offers an intensive German language course. The Jesuit College offers free board and lodging to participating Jesuits for the duration of the course. In summer 2021, however, this language course will not take place due to COVID-19.
